I actually got one today. It just said lower prices and gave a link to their website. I think maybe they've dropped shipping to $45 from $50. Still too high for me.

I'd email them, in Spanish, and tell them you have not received your order and let them know you plan to do a chargeback as it's been x number of days since the charge processed through. You will not get a reply email, but I'd be willing to bet you'd see something show up this week. Keep us posted.
