I think when a vendor hits a certain # of clients(regulars), they stop taking orders from others. Just a conjecture on why A will not respond to you. And I think for quality of service.

Yaaaasaaaaaay! I got my letter! Which is amazing considering she emailed me in the middle of the night saying it would probably be Friday but she would have her shipper try to change it! Happy Holidays Everyone!!

Well, I got a msg that letters did not get out in time! Luckily, I need mine definitely by tomorrow, which can still happen...

Quick question...I just ordered today from a using 2 day delivery. When do you get the Ups delivery alert? When it is initially shipped or the night before? Maybe A will send TN tonight! I am heading out of town again for the 4th and really need it to get here Wednesday before I leave!
