You can try changing different THEMES of the forum all the way at the bottom click on it and it will give you several options for different forum themes. This may help your issue I can’t guarantee it but I’ve had to do it at times when the forum upgrades.

You mention maybe the wrong address.When the initial scan is made it does say the date , time ,  but most importantly the city and state it went to . Unfortunately it doesn't say the address but you can see if it even was ever in your area somewhat. Regards

I will usually only track once , then ill sign up for email every time it gets scanned. Those are automated emails from the shipper so doesn't count as a track . My thinking was the more you track (daily) the hotter the package may look in the system. This is just my thinking and 2cents after...
