30 mg cody and 400 mg paracetamol. I take two of those mixed with 400 mg ibuprofen, but double that when it's bad. every six hours roughly. have to set my alarm clock for the middle of the night so i don't get those 30 minutes when the meds have stopped working and i'm waiting for them to kick...
