    I take Dex and a few 5 mg addies as needed throughout the day bc the 24 hour extended release thing is BS.  The dex might be helpful for what you're looking for. It has less of a tweaky effect and is what I prefer to be on at work as it gives me more focus and better cognitive enhancement ...
