A+ couldn't ask for better Customer service

Yes I'm sure zone has a life and isn't sitting around waiting for an email. He will reply usually within 3 days max. Most of the time 24 hours

No longer uses old email, he went private a week or two back if you go back a few pages

After a week or saying it would go out the next day, I received a note from zone saying it went out today. Now let's hope!

I suppose. But an email back to paid customers would be nice for some reassurance. His customer service has always been great but I donated Sunday and haven't heard back since. Zone is hands down the best but some sort of reply would be nice. Been doing business with him/her since they began. 

If anyone talks to zone let him know he has paid customers trying to get a hold of him

Yeah the same thing was said to me.  New orders hold off sending new payments until he replies or makes things right

Never had z not reply to us for a few days , my money was picked up Wednesday. I replied yesterday to see if it went out and no reply. Hopefully something came up. Staying positive!

He replied to me yesterday saying it would go out in the next few days, probably busy but I'm sure he'll get back to you

I usually ask to not have tracking as I hate missing them then have to go in and sign for it.  Anyone talk to z recently? Sent for an order yesterday but haven't heard back at all

Ha!! He can charge what he wants for shipping!!! It takes time and money to buy The materials needed to ship. I've seen others charge 20
