Best to have a package within package that also has delivery details on it. Incase something happens to the original box/'lope they can still deliver. And the contents arent exposed on the initial damage.

Otto is pretty quick and has best prices, under $40 iirc... personally not really a fan of p(i)hp's wish there was p(h)p's. many of these guys are dropshippers and dont actually have the products themselves so finding one to express mail will be hit or miss even if they say they can.
