    Loading sr17 capsules?

    Does anybody know of a good way to load sr17 into capsules. I use a small plastic spoon designed for loading powder into capsules but it is still annoying. I swear I loose so much powder because the sr sticks to everything cuz static. Does anyone have any good methods. Oh I just thought of...
