Seems like you ran into a pretty common vendor issue on here, if you can stay reliable this business is a license to print money but it sure isn't easy. Doing the great customer service works just fine with regular schmos especially in the beginning, but it increases the workload to crazy levels...

Something I didn't mention but others have, gradeA has some excellent customer service, on par with serenity before he closed up. Definitely worth a try even if your regular place is doing a good job.

Signs are good but will hold off on a recommendation until I can check product against official records.

The attraction is they provide a new experience or a new perspective on an old one, personally prefer to use smaller amounts as its far more manageable and it lets you focus on what your doing and what your feeling instead of just the latter.
