Hey guys/gals I was wondering if someone with some experience could suggest a steroid routine for me. I need to loose about 70 lbs but i know i cant just eat junk and take steroids. I was going to do a modified atkins/paleo and weights everyday with cardio 1-2×week Any suggestions woukd be awesome
