    Sorry to start a thread that is way newbie, but I am wondering why I am unable to PM anyone at all, not even 3 people a day. Is this a new feature? I don't have a mailbox at all. Also, I have a restriction that all of my content must be approved by a moderator before posting. Is this the case...
