    If a US to US vendor allows me to use a credit card..

    If the vendor doesn’t ship can I get a refund fast and 100% refund if they don’t deliver? I ask bc I found a vendor that will allow this and wanted to know from anyone with past experience of this? I haven’t ordered yet but any advice would be appreciated.
