I've found that 30mg once a week is about all I can handle without building up tolerance very quickly.  I'm only speaking recreationally here.  You might try to 1/2 an OP 80 and see if that doesn't help with tolerance.  You don't get the quick rush of IR, but imo it last longer and for me, that...
