I try to stay under $200 but I've ordered as much as $500.  I get worried when the pack might be conspicuous.

I haven't found bitcoin to be all that useful other than the vendor may throw in some extras.

Once I've received something, if it's from someone I've used before, I don't say a thing.  If it's someone new, I thank them and tell them I hope to work with them in the future.
