I was wondering what this substance is soluble in? And how to Mix.  I've heard of nasal spray with just distilled water that seems to me like it wouldn't totally dissolve with just distilled water but I could be wrong?  Any input?

@LookingForRCs Same here, I wonder how long the package would take with the free shipping or if somehow they would get lost on the way?  It says this was of shipping is not guaranteed arrival of the order but I've never once just lost an order that was placed within the U.S. for whatever reason...
