Yes, I mixed and changed with a pack of desonyx and 3FEA to keep tolerance down. Works for me.

I was on 100 F patch for 4 years (doc controlled). They are good to withdrawal if you cut 2% off every new patch (3days). very smooth, but slowly slowly... a direct OFF from fent habbit is the worst thing in the world. beats H by far. patches are clever if used clever.
