Has anyone ever seen this from a well known carrier? When I check the status of my package, it says that my delivery is delayed due to a mechanical failure and that my package will be delivered as soon as possible. Thanks....I'm worried :-/

Two successful orders so far.   Awesome customer service, response times often in minutes.   I ordered and paid both times right at his cutoff and he's delivered both times the next day.  I could not ask for anything better.  Product is great, 10.325.  I sure hope he sticks around.
