One of my favorite tricep exercises of all time 
Double D ring flex down
* Why don’t call it a flex down?
Because you want to think “flexing the triceps into your press down”
You don’t want to just press down, simply moving the weight.
Think “flexing the triceps through their active range into full contraction”
• 4 sets 12-15 reps, on last set hit a dropset of 10 and then another dropset of 6 reps
