my 120hz led tv say it operating at 60hz anyone good with such info

i dont think that is such a big deal honestly. I have a 120hz tv and it does the same thing. I think people put more into what the 120hz means, it doesnt necessarily mean its gonna be a better image. 60hz is the standard i believe and thats why it stays that way

 
LCD is still too slow on refresh rate.    I can't stand LCD tvs /default_sad.png  I have a plasma myself ..

Plasmas are pretty much going away for good. I think there are only two major manufacturers anymore, and one, Samung, will stop after this year.

 
I am so glad I was able to get one before that happens.. got the Panasonic.. won't get anything else... LCD just plain stink on TVs.
