I got somthing 3 day priorty shipped and it's been well over a week tracking shows nothing sense leaving 1st state i called usps ther opeing a investigation an i dnt know how i feel about that but to late now anyone had a priority 3 day take so long?

 
Sometimes things get lost in a sense. They're out there but maybe got put in the wrong bin or missed a scan so the tracking doesn't update. You did right by calling, they should catch it somewhere and send it on its way. It's just mail :)  

Also it usually doesn't take long for it to be corrected once you've called. Hope it works out!

 
I sell my crafts on both Ebay and Etsy sending out at least a dozen packages each week.  I have this happen several times a month.  It worries my customers and myself.  USPS has a place on the website where you look up tracking info, where you can ask for email or text updates on the progress of a shipment from the time it is shipped until delivery.  I have found if I request this, within 24 hours usually, I get an update on the package and it gets on its way.  It seems like Mississippi is one  place where they get stalled alot.  Anyway, I don't know if it will work for you, but it might be worth a try.

 
Usps never called me back and wen i typed in the case number they gave me it says status resloved
