I found 3fea to be very fun. I started doing it slowly at first but then more on the weekends. Maybe one bump or 2 during the week. Different days. It helped me when I got too drunk. Then I started doing it through the whole weekend. Long story short. Tuesday depression set in for the entire week. Doing it again because it's fun. No good. A whole month depressed. Please be careful with 3fea. I already threw it out. im good now. Please be safe out there everyone!!!!!
