1) Lat pulldowns 15 reps, superset incline dumbell press 12 reps (4 rounds)
2) Close grip seated rows 12 reps, superset flat dumbell press 12 reps (4 rounds)
3) Single armed dumbell rows 15 reps, superset incline bench chest flies 12 reps ( 4rounds)
4) Lowerback hypers 25 reps, superset pushups 24 reps (4 rounds)
