4F-MPH PLZ <3

I thank the admins for accepting me on this forum, which I'm delighted to discover, even though I'm still having a little trouble finding what I'm looking for.

A discussion has already been started on this topic, but it doesn't seem to have mentioned a clear supplier. I live in France, and as you may know, the Netherlands banned the sale of 4F-MPH as of July 1, 2025, following a new law. This was the country where I obtained this substance until now.

So my question is this:
Do you know of any reliable suppliers of 4F-MPH in another country, or any vendors who continue to offer it despite the ban?

I take both in powder or tablet form.

the other main sources of 4f-mph were two chinese labs and china banned it last july.

there is a vendor in the Approved Vendors section who has some pellets but they're pretty pricey.

for the most part, this mag is not on the market anymore - you would have to buy it from someone's head stash and considering the supply side crisis they're probably gonna ask for quite the penny.

you can look into 4me-tmp but i've read it's relatively lackluster compared to what you're after.

Honestly, I didn't know it would become so difficult to get hold of 4F-MPH... I'm a little sad about it, because it's really a molecule that suits me well:
I use it mainly for concentration (work or revision), but also for auditory sensations;

Do you have any other molecules to recommend (RC or not) that have effects similar to 4F-MPH? Or is it just 4ME-TMP, which I find less powerful?

honestly it's mostly just this one unless you try to get cute with pyros or something. i was pretty surprised to find out 4f-mph had been on the market for like 15 years before it got banned. the scene is really weak on the functional stim side right now.

Check out Doctor Lab, I think they've got some 4f-mph left in pellet form if your interested. Not a bad price either.

From what I've read, its effect on concentration is very unpredictable, compared to 4F-MPH. It makes you want to move and party more. That's why I like 4F-MPH, it has versatility, without being too dangerous if consumed in moderation.

Quick update: I finally ordered from DoctorLab, and I didn't receive 4F-MPH... They sent me 3-FPM.

So yes, it's not the same effect:

• A little more euphoric, especially in the first few hours
• Less "clean" and focused than 4F-MPH, but not disappointing either

But despite that, it works:

• Good mental stimulation
• Ability to stay active, to work

Less useless than 4-Me-TMP, which I find bland

By adding a small dose of Modafinil (like 50–100 mg), I get 80 to 90% of the functional effect of 4F-MPH:
decent concentration
stable energy
realistic productivity

So even if I didn't get exactly what I was hoping for, I must admit that DoctorLab still delivered an active, clean, and usable product. They could have sent nothing, or given a completely inert RC—which isn't the case, so for me, they remain a reliable supplier, despite the market transition.

Thanks to those who pointed me here—I'm still interested if others find a molecule that's even closer to 4F-MPH.

trust me, if it existed at this point, you wouldn't be looking around for it.
there's a whole boat full of people waiting for it's successor.

Yeah, rit is the only substitute currently, but it's prohibitively expensive. Foreff is the only mag with the specific combination of potency, affect profile, and safety profile that fills that niche. Any word of a real substitute or a new source in the pipeline?

2-efemay or Dex am fet a mine would be good if you can get them. 5-10mg Dex math too, but I've heard that's expensive in the EU.

This stuff is a godsend for ADHD symptoms. Not too forwards/antisocial like focalin/d-mph, but still very effective esp in lower doses.

Wish it was still around, haven't found it anywhere lately
