Quit dwelling on the bad shit that has happened to you.

Holding onto these things will only cause you unnecessary anxiety and negativity.

Instead, what you need to do is…

LET IT GO.

You have to understand that overcoming adversity is a part of life.

Many people never move on...

Which keeps them bound to a shitty life.

You’ll be a lot happier when you realize that all the suffering you went through was self-induced.

Remember … a grudge is a heavy burden to carry.

Robert Duvall and rest would read the full script 228 over and over, then after the last read they would go into how to perform their character. The young man had made it to meet Al who are greats and pull them to the side. And explain what his coach said. They all looked back and said out of every role you’ve seen me in.
