Hey! Cafemicaela here, or Just McKay. I've lurked for a little while, and appreciate the non-judgmental tone and genuine efforts to help people. I'm still finding my footing,  and doubt I will need the site too often, but as someone who deals with extreme anxiety it is a huge comfort to me to have a backup of sorts when the docs get stingy, or assume I'm asking for recreational reasons.

Hi cafemicaela,  thank you for the kind words  Sorry you suffer from anxiety. I honestly didn't realize what a common affliction that is until I joined here. I believe that discussing our various issues helps us understand and have more empathy for everyone.

@cafemicaela Welcome to the group. There are allot of great people here who suffer from anxiety and this group has helped me understand ways to cope with it better. Look forward to seeing you on the boards.

The big near-half-pound slab of Hersheys Symphony bar with the BLUE label is hands down the best mainstream chocolate bar in America. You folks over across the pond kill it with Cadbury’s and I won’t deny it’s the best but those damn blue symphonies have me hooked.
