Former NRL player Ben Ross has broken his arm on live television during an arm-wrestle with former NRL star Wendell Sailor.

Ross and Sailor were appearing on last night's Footy Show on Channel Nine when the mishap occurred.

Sailor and Ross, who played with the Dragons, Cronulla, Penrith and South Sydney during a long career, were facing off in program's first Iron Arm Challenge to raise money for the Men of League charity.

Ross's right arm snapped back during the contest and a loud pop was heard.


 
Does it make me a bad person that seeing this makes me feel a little better about my knee pain???? Lol.

My eldest son love to do this and wants to do this professionally..Im so scared after I saw this video...:(
