Hi community,

I’ve been reading through these threads to learn more of what others are taking for supplements, organic/h€mp based skin care and home products, but did not see anything for diet plans. 

I went to a nutritionist 3 years ago and she put me on a diet plan for three months. I lost 20 lbs the first week and 80 lbs overall in 90 days and have kept it off, zero exercise those first 90 days  

The program is called ‘Take Shape for Life’. You’ll think w€ight Watch€ers, and the like at first, but take the time to read. It’s not all like the others at all.

My prediction? Transfer portal and NIL with million dollar “salaries” mean NCAA Football becomes the defacto NFL D league except they’re all free agents. To compete, Superconfrences are going to continue to consolidate, privatize or go corporate, and the NCAA can go back to worrying about title IXX and Women’s volleyball and such.
