Adco-Napacod

Hopefully this is the correct section to ask this in. 

I have some Adco-Napacod. They are pink in color and round tablets. They are supposed to be 10mg Codeine and 500mg paracetamol 

My question is, does anyone have an experience with these? Do they help with headaches and back pain? Also, do they cause any euphoria of any kind, if so, what is typically the dose to achieve that? My preferred form of relief is DF118/Dihydrocodeine (30-40mg) . Since I am unable to obtain those anymore I am in search for a good replacement. Was hoping what I have now will be. Thanks!

They would work but the paracetamol content of the tabs would be a concern if anything ie 4× napacod 10mg codien 500mg paracetamol = 1×Df118 40mg with no paracetamol content.

I'm not 100% sure on that but you could easily Google it.The problem is large amounts of paracetamol and your liver don't mix...

4 grams is the advice given in UK, but I wouldn't advise even taking that much, it's so horrible for the liver as @blissopifree 2 says.

@Ddavis1966, that particular vendor is on the blacklist now, and with good reason.
