So gyms are open now that the pandemic has eased up. I skipped out on the gym for about 2 years and starting to go back now. I’m currently 5’11” pre pandemic was 175lbs with about 10% body fat. Now I’m about 190lbs with about 18-20% body fat. Before I used to cycle anavar at 80mg max daily, fat burner, diuretic and creatine HCL with a clean diet and macro counting (carb cycling) with whey protein in the morning with fat burner and post workout and pct after var cycle.

Question: before I didn’t start right off the bat and had about 1 year of training without the var. now that I’m back, should I get back into training with or without the var?

Also does all the supplements seem like TOO much? I mean I did have a body I was satisfied with and had no health issues

@Johnintennessee how do you feel?

what are you currently on?

have you gotten blood work done?

Progressing or not?

answer these first
Currently just fat burner, diuretic, multi v’s and creatine HCL. Dieting but not as clean as before. HIIT cardio after every session

I don’t feel bad at all just overweight. Doc says bloodwork looks normal

I can feel some muscle coming through already but was thinking of adding v@r to the mix to lose more body fat %

@Johnintennessee var will not make u lose fat brother its not a fat burner.

ask your doctor for the copy of the results.

Some docs dont know anything once my t levels weree 109 and she said thats amazing - so ask for a copy
