This purpose of this topic is not to complain about being scammed, it is to avoid public complaint posts.
There have been situations in the past, where you may be at a loss of what to do.
Heres a typical scenario (hypothetical)
Youve paid for an order months ago, you’ve received excuses after excuse. Then suddenly you’re being ignored by that vendor. Not even through PM.
What can you do?
Well, obviously direct communication to vendors inside their thread is not allowed. Vendor threads are for reviews and helpful information about a vendor.
Emailing moderators can be tricky, because they often have their hands full and there isn’t a lot they can do in the first place. Orders are placed at ones own risk, and they can’t solve everything.

The important thing thing to do is to not do nothing.
The one thing you should always do, if you have been lied to repeatedly by a vendor about your order going out, are being ignored, and weeks have gone by is:
USE THE REPORT FUNCTION
- Find an incriminating post by your problem vendor, and look to the right of the post header for three little dots.
- Click those dots for a drop down menu.
- Select “Report”
- Type and submit your situation.
- Your report is not public.
If nobody reports problem vendors, the mods will never know there’s a problem, and meanwhile others are being scammed.
