Albion - Gnerally excellent service, but question

I just placed an order. Albion usually responds within about 5 minutes, but it's been 20 so far, and nothing. Normally I wouldn't be concerned after such a short period of time, but their rules are quite strict, and don't want to walk away from my computer and miss their reply, thereby missing their short payment window.

Has anybody had an experience that might assuage my concerns?

 
I personally did not but I once submitted transaction outside of 1 hr window but albion was understanding of the situation and eagle landed without an issue after couple emails.

 
With Albion you’ve gotta stay on top of it because he does not like when you don’t follow protocol lmao. Every time I’ve ordered I made sure to get everything ready and allot 1-3 hours of time by my computer. Not a problem imo, good service for good customers. 

In my experience the longest he took to respond was ~15 min, check all of your email folders, it might’ve marked it as spam (doubt it but it happens)
