Looking for alternatives to pk's.  Does anyone have any suggestions or experience with edibles or other things that could be used to replace pk's?

I am looking at this on a scale of 1 to 10.    1 being the worst and 10 being the best.

Four questions:

How does the alternative compare to pk's?

How long does the alternative last compared to pk's?

How well can you still function while using the alternative?

Is the alternative less or more expensive than pk's?

-I'm sure these questions have been asked in the past, but options change and the availability changes constantly so I thought I would ask everyone.

Lot's of folks turn to Kratom. You'll have to try different strains to find the one that works for you. It may not work for you at all, but I know it works for some folks. It's a close relative to the coffee plant so it doesn't impair your daily functions.

There's a section within the forum with all kinds of information. You'll also find all kinds of information on the internet.

Mhzjunkie is right, there is a whole area for Kratom, and it helps with withdrawals from meds and also helps with energy and anxiety and pain.  You just have to see what strains work for you...

So it does take a bit of playing around a bit,,,and yo dont get all zoned out from it like you can from other stuff..

For others it helps 100 percent, Im in alot of pain daily with my entire body, it helps take the edge off..

you can get addicted to it like anything else so what I do is take it while then take a break....this way you dont get withdrawels from it...

its  also not illegal...

There are mods in the section so any question you may have..ask away /default_smile.png

Well,

many have changed to marijuana, the matter is that, you might get into troubles by getting it,depending on your state.

I'd definitely echo the kratom advice; it helps to, at the very least, maintain or reduce PK use. It certainly works, but depending on your tolerance you may only get the relief of withdrawal symptoms.

I think I let the side down when it comes to kratom, as I use it alongside PKs. Without the kratom I have to take twice the op!ate dose I normally would. Regardless of whether you'd classify this as potentiation or maintenance, this is how it works for me. But don't overuse it or take it for granted.

However, that said, if you can get relief from MJ, use it. I had to stop due to overwhelming anxiety, but as it's not physically addictive, doesn't build up a massive tolerance and isn't massively unhealthy (if eaten) then it's definitely a safe bet.

  3. nameofuser11 @ nameofuser11: Set a reasonable limit. Hell fucking make it like buying cold medicine where they swipe your id and you can't get a bunch. But we know this isn't about logic or public safety. It's about money and control.
  4. nameofuser11 @ nameofuser11: AKA are such a bunch of fucking capitalist traitors. The liquor lobby has a lot of money in this as well.
  5. MorfineOrfan @ MorfineOrfan: The major plain leaf companies and the AKA are the ones lobbying against 7 and the other semi-sythetic derivatives, mgm this that and the other. We all know the chemist are just gonna mess with the scaffolding of the compounds and come out with new and even better semi-sythetic alkoloids of kratom. They are already playing with cats-claw
  6. MorfineOrfan @ MorfineOrfan: @moai just asked chatgpeetea and it looks like plain leaf kratom is safe, they arent banning it. Just 7-Hydroxymitragynine, MGM15 ,16 , and pseudoindoxyl
  7. MorfineOrfan @ MorfineOrfan: Wait... @moai they are federally banning plain leaf kratom too???
  8. moai @ moai: @MorphineOrfan how fucking stupid is this shit. We better see some new shit come out, I’m most upset about banning regular kratom because really? Millions of people have got off hard opioids with it. They must want everyone on methadone instead.

  11. Gulp2788 @ Gulp2788: If bans were done to logic so much of what is illegal now would end up prescription only and I think the powers that be react faster than they think... if they think at all
  12. MorfineOrfan @ MorfineOrfan: They aren't specifically targeting SR and 7oh
  13. MorfineOrfan @ MorfineOrfan: @RiftChems well sr-17018 is an orphine analogue after all, and they are banning all orphines so that makes sense. Orphines are spiking the OD death rates majorly these past few months.

  15. RiftChems @ RiftChems: crazy they are banning SR17018 at the same time. they know what theyre doing.
  16. nameofuser11 @ nameofuser11: The ban of 7oh is gonna have a lot of people needing help soon. Assuming they do ban instead of regulate like they should
