Antiretrovirals - Viread, Tenofovir

I have a neuro immune disease and current thinking is that it's from a retrovirus.  Some research got tanked in 2009 and so we are left to treat ourselves.   Viread is the name brand and is $$$$$ but tenofovir is cheap enough from india.  But not that cheap.   Anyone have any ideas where to get it? Right now ADC is the cheapest.  You can find the Tenvir-M but a few of us just want want the Tenvir.
