i suck at getting girls, and  i spend my lonely time at the strip club when the surf is down /default_sad.png ,

if i can vegetate i would cause its really bad y0 ;/ i think my going to depression mode from anxiety mode :/ its like i am loosing interest in life itself... my own life (no crazy shit where i do something bad to others) i am just saying if a shark took my arm , or a car t-bones me, or a car runs me over, or a random person shoots me, or life just fails on me il just be another statistic on the news for people to watch :/ 

dont feel bad for me, i am just keeping it real and how i feel yall!!!!!

I am now, came out of a 7 year relationship with my girlfriend, couldn't handle her insecurity, jealousy and pettiness. I still feel bad for her though, she can't imagine me not being part of her life and now all the "changes" are being promised. Too little too late, I'd rather be miserable on my own than with her. Though i'm sure i'll be back in the game soon lol

ihave been single for a couple of months now.  Still head over heels in love.  I NEVER thought any man would get to me like this.  I listen to love songs and caress his picture. And cry.   It is disgusting.  Seriously disgusting.

Me too @PTFC. 7 Years is a long time and a big adjustment in life. But if it's not good, no point in sinking even more time in it. Watch out single ladies of UK, PTFC is on the loose!

Thats exactly what I told her,  I hate that length of investment, however I was very confident of a long future together, but alas no, and that's okay, I haven't been properly single for about 15 years, late teens /early 20's! I always seamlessly moved from one relationship to another, but now I will have to make some effort! I've got a target ,but I will let things be for now. No rushing. Big hugs to you cat ,it's heartbreaking being sad, and thats why I am upset for her , there's only me and she isn't giving in .Anyway, here is to happiness and love. <3 Xxxx

 
I just miss out on 30s I'm 40 and not too long ago came outa a 3 yr relationship.I suppose I wasn't ready for marriage and a ready made family as she has 3 kids,well hardly kids 10,15 and 19,the thing is my job just couldn't support a family of four as she did not work and believe me Christmas can be expensive time with kids expecting i phone 5s  i pads ect.Basically ended up putting too much pressure on the relationship,I loved all her kids and especially her but perhaps selfishly of me I wish I'd met her before the kids were born as I thought I'd found my soul mate. Obviously not or I guess we would still be together.

keep your head up Bliss, everything will be alright! You did what you thought was best. Better to have loved and lost Than to have never loved at all.

 
I think regardless of age if you feel self conscious or bummed out about your self for some reason this is all you need to do to find the right woman in 3 easy steps:

1) start hitting the gym 3-4 times a week at least and get in the best shape you can

2)Get a steady job that pays a decent salary or wage.

3)get your own Apartment or place whatever,

That's pretty much it. If that doesn't work and you're depressed try some SSRI's I find Lexapro is helping me out to get back into things. I was really depressed for a long time. I finally figured out that I was creating insurmountable obstacles in my own mind. I just realized that I'm my own worst enemy in terms of getting back into the swing of things. 

Oh an my theory on mail order brides, that's the equivalent of purchasing your own sex slave. I'm sure that won't work out in the long run because unless by some miracle you happen to actually care about that person she is not going to want to be a life long whore for some fat slob.

Me and I need advice but I'm due for work so I'll post tonight.  I'm horribly terrified about being alone - it's been 8 years and I could have whomever I wanted except the one I want - and he never gave reason.

I am in this boat too..

Broke up with my fiance 8 years ago and since then I just seem to value my alone time too much to seek out dating/relationships etc.

I'm also a musician so I spend a lot of time at home working on music, so maybe its for the best.

I'm open to being in a relationship in the future though. Though I'm sure I would necessarily be happier when that time comes so..

I want to specify on this - I am in a relationship but caught my partner snuggled in bed with her when he thought I was gone for the day.  That is the app he found her on - so I pretty much consider myself single as I unwind years of cheating - at that time this was posted : he wasn't caught yet.  However I had heard rumblings what was happening.  I didn't want it to seem misleading and this is just as confusing to explain. lol

But I'm close to 40 with kids (grown and 16) and I look 20's - but every man I'd want? wants em' really in their 20's.  I'm behaving single right now to keep from freaking out

Nothing was in the system. It was a huge mess. I had no clue I was signing up for Real ID. They asked me for the exact same documents that I needed for a State ID Card.
