So far this year I am 0 for 4 on envelopes from the Netherlands, after never having lost one in the previous 18 months; I'm told there are new Ramen spectroscopy scanners in place. My vendor suggested a reshipping service in a country that isn't so hot, but I'm not sure how to approach this. How nosy are these types of businesses in general? I suppose I should get a bunch of junk mail sent there before I send anything sensitive their way, but I'm flying blind here. Anyone have any luck with this or have any tips on who might be good for this purpose? Any help is appreciated: I use dissociatives to help with depression, and though the $1000 I lost hurts, the loss of access hurts more. China seems unaffected, since I ordered some 3-HO-PCP without incident, but their selection of dissos is very limited.
Also, the scanners only seem to work on relatively flat objects, but the NL vendors don't seem to want to send boxes or tracking, perhaps because the success rate is lower, but it has to be better than the envelopes are now.
