Anywhere to check up on sleeping pill on this site doing COVID?

I have used sleeping pills before and "kicked" it 7 times. I dont really get addicted so I dont fear it and its suually just a bad day or 2 before I am back to normal and wait a year before I take them again. But COVID really kicked my ass and cant sleep because of panic attacks. Everything thread seems closed down due to COVID

 
That's terrible you are suffering through panic attacks and are having sleeping and are not getting the support you need, this Covid thing is hard. Remember you need to put yourself first and take care of your health. What have you tried before for the panic attacks?
