my experience: So since I’ve added this stuff to my regimen, I haven’t had a single cold or sinus infection. I often get at least 2 a year, especially around this time (March/April). Another weird benefit is that it seems this stuff has knocked a few points off my creatinine levels. My mother also takes this and it has added a few benefits to her bloodwork regarding her heart health. I highly recommend adding it to your regimen. It’s cheap for a lot of caps too, which is a major bonus!
