Astragalus root extract has been used for over thousands of years and recently it has been shown to provide numerous benefits for overall health and wellness. 

It helps support healthy immune cell function and improved cardiovascular health. It may also activate telomerase and lengthen telomeres for overall health, wellness and longevity. 
 

my experience: So since I’ve added this stuff to my regimen, I haven’t had a single cold or sinus infection. I often get at least 2 a year, especially around this time (March/April). Another weird benefit is that it seems this stuff has knocked a few points off my creatinine levels. My mother also takes this and it has added a few benefits to her bloodwork regarding her heart health. I highly recommend adding it to your regimen. It’s cheap for a lot of caps too, which is a major bonus!

My prediction? Transfer portal and NIL with million dollar “salaries” mean NCAA Football becomes the defacto NFL D league except they’re all free agents. To compete, Superconfrences are going to continue to consolidate, privatize or go corporate, and the NCAA can go back to worrying about title IXX and Women’s volleyball and such.
