Battles Major Anxiety but OOC.

I battle some CRAZY BAD anxiety and have been diagnosed with anxiety, agoraphobia, and PTSD. I have a legit script but I've still let myself get a little out of control plus I also attend a MMT program which I am on 105 mg of methadone and plan on starting to detox in the next couple of weeks. (If you have the time, keep a look out for that post in Addiction & Recovery because  I got A LOT of questions on that one, too.) Anyway, I currently take at least 5 bars a day and need to taper to 1 mg a day ASAP BUT I CANNOT BE IN MUCH W/D AT ALL B/C I HAVE 4 KIDS TO TAKE CARE OF SO I CAN'T BE TOO ON EDGE, IN A LOT OF PAIN, HAVING A LOT OF MENTAL CHAOS, ETC. (ALL THE SH1T THAT COMES WITH COMING OFF ANY BENZ!) What would everyone's thoughts be on how much to come down each time and how frequently/how long in between lowering doses? Thanks for the help and anyone who's done it that can tell me not only how but what to expect (w/d symptoms, how long w/d symptoms last, how long after last dose do the cravings go away or if you go slow enough do you have any cravings at all, etc.) would be greatly appreciated!!! Thanks for the input!!

 
Hey @Benz2Heaven,I would start with having a look at Dr Ashtons guide, it will give you an idea of dosages. I found only slight niggles reducing from higher dosages, but you will need to switch to something more long lasting than alpz. The time frame is important here, how long is asap? It can be done fairly quickly, but needs to be done safely too.
