Hey good people! Iā€™ve been studying and searching, googling...Ā everything I can on benzos basically trying to find some sort ofĀ equivalencyļ»æĀ chartļ»æļ»æļ»æļ»æ, at least for the most popular, more mainstreamĀ benzos. I take 4 mg Clonazepam daily prescribed and I always run out due to such miserableĀ panic disorder Iā€™ve had since a small child. My friends have given me up to 10 mg of Ativan to which Iā€™ve not felt really anything much as well as Valium but canā€™t recall the mgs..Ā Iā€™m really trying to learn and see how the Clonazepam mgā€™s equal in measure to Ativan,Valium and Xanax etc..in terms of mgs and dosage.Ā I get so dang confused with the different mgā€™s of each benzo but really need some kind of guide or chart that should exist. I hope! LOL!Ā I really am searching for another benzo to take when running out of clonz and need something super quick for a horrible panic attack. donā€™t stress thatā€™s what this forumĀ is here for. This is anĀ equivalent benzodiazepine calculator. Simply search what you are taking and type in the strength and it will give you the equivalent in what other benzodiazepine you pair itĀ with. 4mg of Klopā€™s is equal to 60mg of V@ls

Remember to always take into account half life,Ā hepatic function. Benzodiazepine metabolism and excretion etc thereā€™s no approvedĀ clinical reference due to the lack of and discrepancies in literature.Ā But Iā€™ve found it to be quite an accurateĀ guideline.

Like for example they say 1MG Clonazepam/KlonopinĀ when taken Daily is equal to 2MG Xanax/Alprazolam so take it with a grain of salt and remember there is active duration length and ELIMINATION-HALF LIFE both are not the same but redosing when effects wear off will increase the effects hence @HammerblowĀ said to be careful and the Benzodiazepine equivalence charts are meant to be for say if you wanted to switch Benzos and not suffer Withdrawal or switch to Diazepam/Valium at an equivalent Dose and wean down since hypnotic Benzos will FEEL A LOT stronger then 1MG Clonazepam so will 20MG Diazepam which if taken Daily both are equivalent but Diazepam/valium at 20MG would feel way stronger than 1MG Clonazepam least FEEL is the Key Word.Ā

L @ Layne_Cobain: @maoi nah no fear of needles and if it made me feel a lot better no fear of being on it long term as who knows if my t will even rebound after 5 years on methadone not sure if thatā€™s the norm I hope soā€¦the more I research the more it seems like the best choice is to just go for it with TrT rather than trying to ā€œmiddleā€ with Enclomiphene especially now that i know it probably wonā€™t work being on methadone altho I am tapering off 5 mg biweekly so thatā€™ll take a while Iā€™m at 95 now from 120
  13. moai @ moai: @Layne_Cobain the longer youā€™re on it without using HCG sometimes, (meaning years) the harder it will be to rebound if you do come off. But Iā€™m with you, at only 22, Iā€™ve abused myself to the point I may NEED trt. Not to mention all of the benefits
  14. moai @ moai: @Layne_Cobain You donā€™t seem it, but if you are the type thatā€™s afraid of needles for life, donā€™t sweat it. Iā€™m natty atm, but from what I hear A) you wonā€™t want to come off and B) if you implement HCG every once in a while to your protocol, you have a better chance of being able to come off T completely and restore all (or most) of your natty production. Of course, no guarantees and it is dependent on the individual, genetics, compounds and duration of exposure, etc.

Cause after further research I donā€™t think itā€™ll even work while still on methadoneā€¦I think trt with hcg to preserve fertility and ball size is the way to go for me. I just wanna feel better. Thanks for your input on the matter btw
