Benzo Equivalency Chart - Help Please 🙏

Hey good people! I’ve been studying and searching, googling... everything I can on benzos basically trying to find some sort of equivalency chart, at least for the most popular, more mainstream benzos. I take 4 mg Clonazepam daily prescribed and I always run out due to such miserable panic disorder I’ve had since a small child. My friends have given me up to 10 mg of Ativan to which I’ve not felt really anything much as well as Valium but can’t recall the mgs.. I’m really trying to learn and see how the Clonazepam mg’s equal in measure to Ativan,Valium and Xanax etc..in terms of mgs and dosage. I get so dang confused with the different mg’s of each benzo but really need some kind of guide or chart that should exist. I hope! LOL! I really am searching for another benzo to take when running out of clonz and need something super quick for a horrible panic attack. Any help or guidance would be more than appreciated. Remember to always take into account half life, hepatic function. Benzodiazepine metabolism and excretion etc there’s no approved clinical reference due to the lack of and discrepancies in literature. But I’ve found it to be quite an accurate guideline.

Like for example they say 1MG Clonazepam/Klonopin when taken Daily is equal to 2MG Xanax/Alprazolam so take it with a grain of salt and remember there is active duration length and ELIMINATION-HALF LIFE both are not the same but redosing when effects wear off will increase the effects hence @Hammerblow said to be careful and the Benzodiazepine equivalence charts are meant to be for say if you wanted to switch Benzos and not suffer Withdrawal or switch to Diazepam/Valium at an equivalent Dose and wean down since hypnotic Benzos will FEEL A LOT stronger then 1MG Clonazepam so will 20MG Diazepam which if taken Daily both are equivalent but Diazepam/valium at 20MG would feel way stronger than 1MG Clonazepam least FEEL is the Key Word.

But definitely what I ordered and I thought he was honest because I asked for something very close to it and i said what about that one. Yeah I got it. And the comms were wired and he was really wanting me to make his forum board look better. Now I know the first thing to look at even before the menu. But I have some business with usps tomorrow and will ask for everything mailed to me especially packages
