Benzo taper & how what to start & stop with

was wondering if any senior members have any insight into this.

im on about 3 mg a day - but was on Anywhere for 3-6 mg for about  years - 0nly Z@n3x and Z0lip

which benzo do I start with and which do i stop with? 
 

lowering about 10% dosage every 14 days which is .5 mg.

This is the most recommended method has everything you need to know in it really: Ashton Manual.  Of the ones you mentioned, diclaz and vals will be what you want to titrate down with as they have the longest half-life, valium having the longest so it would be the best.  Read everything in that link and you'll be good.  Patience is key!  Good luck and stay safe.

@DoomKitty thanks. I have yet to read it but i was following the method of reduction 10% dose .5 mg every 7-10 days
