I placed my first SY order in several months yesterday. Around noon today I got an automated email from my Brown acct that a shipment was being delivered tomorrow, super happy. Tracking stated that the order was processed and ready for shipping (shipping label created but not yet sent) and I used my account to change delivery to pick up at an access point. I checked on it this evening around 8:30 and there was an X next to the tracking number in the list, it's all grey, and says Billing Info. Void. The only thing listed under Progress is the order processed, and the delivery change request. I haven'y gotten any more emails about it, but for scheduled delivery date, it now says Unavailable. I shot an email to the vendor about it but haven't heard anything pack. My cousin used to do customer service for this shipper and said sometimes when ppl have a lot of labels, they get them mixed up, and then the incorrect one is voided and the correct on is placed. But like I said, I get all the notifications and haven't gotten any about this issue or a new shipment being created, etc.
