Bitcoin pending

My bitcoin has been pending for about a day. How can i resolve this. Here's a screenshot with txid

Maybe Im missing something or just reading your post wrong, but it looks like you successfully received .01854202 BTC.  Where/what is the pending transaction youre talking about?                                             

 
Thats a lot of information to be posting lol, id delete that pic if possible.  A pending transaction through an exchange can be for any reason.  Your bank may have flagged the transaction, the exchange may have flagged the transaction, or some exchanges put holds on new customers btc purchases.  My suggestion would be to reach out to the exchange and see what they say.  When i used an exchange and something like that would happen they would inform me why via email.  Not sure how blockchain works tho.  Strange they don't provide more info....
