i bought a phone of amazon and a month later at&T shut my sim down saying it was a stolen phone,and it wasn't covered by ther a-z promise

Ditto same with my iPhone 4S I wound up taking a Loss and still have it but it's F in useless...This was just two months ago and same company AT&T ....Pissed can't say how I felt and still do ...first time I ever was burned on Amazon and I buy a lot mostly MJ ferts and supplies ..

amazon is horrible to its customers alot of the time, Ebay is much better in my opinion. Ive always gotten a refund on there if i had any issue

I've yet to have a prob with Amazon, and I buy a lot of shit on there, as well as Ebay. (haven't bought a phone though)

Bought a Dig camera off Ebay a couple months ago, and it never got shipped. (easily got my money back, but still pissed that dude didn't ship the camera)
