Ecto- higher total calories. combining fats and carbs not an issue. handles high carbs well and handles hi GI somewhat well (i dont think ANYBODY handles high GI very well at all times). with ecto you will need a lot of carbs and healthy fats to keep them full. offseason i error in favor of extreme surplus of carbs/fats knowing protein is spared (protein is harder to digest anyway so with the volume of food i tend to not want protein in extreme excess unless they can handle it). This body type is geared towards energy production.

Meso-  Tolerates carbs well, but also loads them well so extreme excess is not needed. Same rule for fats (uses them well so extremes not needed). They tend to build muscle pretty well so usually carry more mass somewhat easily, so more protein content is needed. If you are a pure meso usually bodybuilding is a cake walk comparable to most (well, to an extent lol). No task, be it building muscle or losing fat, is much of a struggle.

Endo-  Doesnt tolerate carbs and fats well. Needs very little carbs to be "full". Holds muscle very well. Can withstand lower calorie diets and still progress and look good. Higher protein is not NEEDED, but we lean that direction in favor of keeping calories elevated (to keep BMR up) without risk of fat gain, which is also very easily accumulated. This body type is geared towards STORAGE of everything (including amino's, which is why they build muscle and hold it easily).
