My Brother Died from TBI and I wrote these Articles to help other People, these Articles get into Neurogenesis, Glial Cells, etc.

I wanted to make this Thread for the Nootropics Section because it doesn’t seem like anyone has kind of even gotten to the Subject of Brain Enhancement and like Lucid Dream Enhancement, or Dream Induction, these kinds of “Smart Drug” Applications. So I wanted to get into that.

So the Basic “Stack” Everyone should look at is Piracetam and Choline. This adds Acetylcholine to Your Brain, these uses it all. There are better Substances now, like Phenylpiracetam instead of Piracetam, and Alpha-GPC instead of Choline, so You aren’t taking Grams. That is the Basic Nootropic Stack, I’ve heard someone say they felt like the had Spidey-Senses with that mix, it’s Good for Studying for Tests, taking Tests, Focus, etc. And You could take these with Caffeine or Bronkaid.

Now, Thinking and Dreaming are both Regulated by Acetylcholine. So that same mix could promote Dreaming, or just the Choline or Alpha-GPC Substances. There have also been recent Studies into Acetylcholine Esterase Inhibitors, these work like SSRIs but for Acetylcholine. Acetylcholine Esterase is the Natural Enzyme in Your Brain that EATS extra Acetylcholine, so the Acetylcholine Esterase Inhibitor will stop Your Body will use all of its Acetylcholine because there is none Eaten. Galantamine is the most Studied one, it comes from the Snowdrop Flower, and it has been proven to Work in Clinical Studies and is being used to Treat Autism. So it actually Works.

A lot of Nootropic Research is Anecdotal, but there are many Clinical Studies starting to happen.

  5. shoutback @ shoutback: Oh and GO SEAHAWKS
  6. shoutback @ shoutback: Anyways I have to get ready to go on my run, it's been fun talking
  7. shoutback @ shoutback: I think when we have open discourse without preconceptions we all agree more than we disagree
  8. D @ drdrizzy13: Oh I totally agree and I agree the War on Drugs was and is a complete failure.
  9. shoutback @ shoutback: I'm not trying to say my point of view is better than others, just think we need to have more open and honest discussion about everything
  10. D @ drdrizzy13: You are right it probably doesn't. It has pretty much ruined my other first cousins live. He is so out there. It just sucks to see ya know. They take it to the extreme.
  11. shoutback @ shoutback: @drdrizzy13 your exoerience does not reflect the overall mainstream
  12. D @ drdrizzy13: yea for sure.
  13. shoutback @ shoutback: This is one of the few places in the internet where we can freely discuss this things and taking reactive stance like fentanyl and zenes are the devil do not promote a heathy discourse on the subject, though I understand admin also does not want to be under constant threat of people like the dea and fda
  14. D @ drdrizzy13: Honestly I can't think of any alcohoclis except for a friends Dad. I haven't drank in 10 years. I don't really hang around peole that drink or go to bars. I just hate being around drunks lol. And going to bars sucks if your not drinking too.
  15. shoutback @ shoutback: We don't work on something and do not continue developing with developing safeguards and appropriate treatment methods we adapt to what we learn. How many people do you know with alcohol addictions ? How many violent rapes and murders do we see happen under someone under the influence of alcohol yet alcohol is not demonized in the way fentanyl is and that affects much less people. Let's not be hypocritical. The prohibition model does not work and this is no place where we should be promoting it
  16. D @ drdrizzy13: I agree with that point.
  17. shoutback @ shoutback: They would not been sought after by mainstream users if things like heroin were not so criminalized
  18. D @ drdrizzy13: portugal demcrined drugs in 2001 for personal use. It worked for a while. They saw less ODs but now it says in recent years it has scene an increase in ODs and drug related crime. So i guess it worked there for a couple of decades lol
  19. shoutback @ shoutback: All drugs, every single one. The manner of dispensing them might be different but acrimilization and demonization is just terrible in practice and it's inmho genocidal behavior. What we are seeing with the fentanyl and zene crisis is an actual failing of these laws
