Bromazolam equivalent dose to alprazolam and other general questions I have

What's the dosage equivalent of bromazolam to alprazolam. Like 1mg of bromazolam equals _mg of alprazolam?

Also which one lasts longer?

Brom def lasts longer. It can be quite scary if not careful. Blackout-type of scary at not very high doses. There isn’t a real consensus on dosage equivalent but I’ve read it’s around 2mg alp for 4mg brom. But again the brom lasts longer. I would Google that bc opinions vary.

i think its the opposite ime. more like 4mg alp 1 mg brom. brom is definetly much straonger and longer lasting imo

wow really? yeah plus they don’t produce the same effects in terms of their ability to allow you to function throughout the day. alp allows me to function at a dose up to 1.5 mg and I can either sleep or chill with 2mg where brom would prob just knock me out, so it’s hard to determine an equivalent.
