Can anyone help me?

I received these today from a trusted long time vendor

I ordered tapentadol but on the blister pack it says Detadol-100l then underneath it says tapentadol.

When I googled it all I can find under etadol-100 is that it's paracetamol .. I am very confused.

looks like an 1nd1An generic if i am not mistaken, but no info on the brand name that i could find...ask your vendor for sure
