j/w can @mb1en cause high liver enzymes, my enzymes are low but i did have one year where they were high but than after a retest was normal range again ,so this year i kept the exercise but switched between klonopins and x@n@x , but never abused it either 30days on of one of the other, but recently added ambien for sleep and just got me thinking about my liver again especially with physical next week. Doctors always look for a way to hustle u and order more test 

 
That is a good question as I have had my liver enzymes go up because of meds before.  I see my doc in another few weeks that is a good question I would like to ask if possible..(scary) if it would /default_sad.png

 
i hope not, you know how they are , they will freak out and say well if the retest comes back high , than were gonna have to do an ultrasound, biopsy  lol 

i mean exercise the night before can cause high liver enzymes, htats what caused it to be high last time for me , but i was googling the boards and i mean it looks like ALCOHOL is the main culprit of high liver enzymes or lead to bad liver.. jst so hard to imagine a small pill(any medication) can wreck so much havoc on the liver, 

i am aware that acetomorphine(tylenol) whatever has more harsh effects when combined with liqour to the liver, but i cant find much studies about xanax or ambien on the liver

most of the info i found was about if you already have signs of a bad liver ask your doctor before taking xanax or ambien! ,WTF  

 
I have perhaps mentioned it somewhere else on the forum, but milk thistle is good for your liver, helps it to detoxify, regenerate and repair faster as well as protect it. Give it a search on the Web, health shops sell it. 

 
Oh yea, that is right...I have it from the past when My enzymes went higher....That is a very good idea PTFC...:) thanks for reminding me....., and letting others know.

 
My only advice on it is make sure that what you purchase is "standardised extract", but most are anyway. It's the silymarin and silibinum that are the active reagents in milk thistle. Do a little research on it, it's very easy to find as I said. 

 
i bought some at walmart, it says 1 a day, but i read on the forums can be upto 3x a day? not over 400mg 

 
It won't do you any harm, but if I remember correctly, your liver can only process around 400MG of those active ingredients at a time for a few hours anyway. I propose you start with one in morning and one at night. Your liver will thank you! I do a couple of courses a year.

  14. xenxra @ xenxra: i want to apologize to the people on here for my calls about the market moving up three days before the crash. the crash we had was essentially a black swan (i.e. an accident) and as is the very nature of "accidents", they usually cannot be accounted for beforehand. a LOT of people got wiped out on that move but I do think we still push for new highs across the board sooner than later as long as Bitcoin stays above $105k.

Finger-of-God @ Finger-of-God: Thats why we just make sure to always have inventory and never go past the inventory. makes us have skin in the game.... that said sometimes shit happens we get hella orders and have to process 600 orders after a busy weekend and it might take us a week to catch up. so maybe thats all he is dealing with?
