Can you be too positive?

Yes.

I call it “toxic positivity."

When your cheerful attitude starts to replace the truth...

The facts of the matter...

...and it starts to convince you and make you feel good about things that you shouldn’t…

You are entering the toxic positivity zone.

You have to become aware of this.

Toxic positivity will hurt you just as bad as toxic negativity...

...because it will keep you from taking the actions that you need to take to fix the real problem.

Ask yourself this…

Are you telling yourself the truth?

Or are you telling yourself lies about yourself and your current situation?

I guarantee you're not where you want to be...

So quit telling yourself otherwise.

Assess the situation factually...

Then make a change.
