There is a lot of C@nn@binoids we don't even know about yet that play a huge role in combination with THC just how CBD helps prevent the anxiety and even has Anti-Psychotic properties, Anti-Inflammation and more. It certainly is a better alternative to things like Acetaminophen/Paracetamol (Tylenol) and N.S.A.I.D.s such as Ibuprofen or Naproxen which long-term use can be bad for kidneys and require stomach acid reducers just to stop them from literally eating a hole in your stomach and causing stomach ulcers and other stomach problems. 

Problem is I read you need between 300MG and 500MG of CBD for it work effectively in the Limited amount of studies that have been conducted, so far at least. Hence the reason why all  the "CBD Supplements" with like far less than 50MG I think have literally no benefit on their own although possibly in combination with smoking/vaping or eating edibles it might.
